Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiovascular Technologist for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring ARRT certification, BLS, and at least 18 months of experience with a high-volume interventional and vascular case mix.

Details

  • High-volume cardiac cath lab environment handling 25–30 cases per day
  • Top procedures include Y-90 chemoembolizations, cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention, sub-arachnoid hemorrhage, TIPSS, G-tubes, UFE, all vascular access, PTC, renal biopsies, and liver biopsies
  • Primary equipment includes GE Innova, Philips Allura, OEC 9900 C-Arm, and ultrasound
  • 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • On-call required
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months of Cath Lab experience
  • ARRT certification required
  • BLS required
  • Travel experience preferred
  • License required if applicable
  • Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Hospital scrubs provided
  • Parking available for $74/month
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • Former permanent staff from this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required
  • RTO is capped at 5 days per contract if the requested time does not fall on or near a holiday; RTO is capped at 3 days if it falls on or near a holiday
  • Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract
  • References are not required for consideration
