Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS Tele) travel assignment in Wailuku, HI, requiring an active HI RN license and at least 1 year of recent experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS Tele) unit
• 12-hour shifts available on both day (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and night (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) schedules
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR in use

Requirements

• Active HI RN license required (must be in hand at time of consideration — pending licensure not accepted)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be active — pending certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent RN experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic arrhythmia recognition skills required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred

• Local candidates are accepted; local and travel rates are the same
• Candidates who have worked as a contingent worker with this health system for two cumulative years must take a minimum 90-day break before being eligible for a new assignment
