Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with EP Tech experience and required ARRT certification for a 13-week travel contract at a 536-bed acute care teaching hospital.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital setting with 536 total staff beds
- Teaching hospital environment
- 1:1 patient ratio
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- No on-call, weekends, or block scheduling required
- Epic EMR — experience required
- No floating between units within this assignment
Requirements
- ARRT (Radiology Technologist) certification required — hard stop requirement
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience; EP Tech experience highly preferred
- Proficiency operating fluoroscopy and C-arm equipment — hard stop requirement
- Epic EMR experience required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Active professional license at time of consideration
Additional Information
- Operates fluoroscopy and C-arm equipment in an X-Ray/EP setting
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- First-time travelers with 1+ year of experience will be considered
- Scrubs in any color are acceptable; OR/Cath Lab scrubs are provided
- On-site parking is available at no cost
- Minimal RTO is expected for this position
