Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with at least 2 years of experience for an outpatient mammography position in Olympia, WA.

Details

  • Outpatient mammography setting at a 107-bed facility in Olympia, WA
  • 1:1 patient ratio with 20-minute appointment slots
  • Screening and diagnostic mammography procedures performed
  • Uses a GE Mammography System, Change Healthcare PACS (McKesson), and Epic EMR
  • 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Thursdays are primarily scheduled as the day off, though this may change
  • No weekend rotation, no on-call, and no holiday coverage required
  • No floating required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience
  • ARRT (Mammography) certification required
  • WA Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
  • Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Bone densitometry experience preferred but not required
  • COVID vaccination required

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Department is supported by a Receptionist/Registration Specialist
  • A manager interview is required as part of the hiring process
  • Gray scrubs required
  • Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved, with the possibility of extending the contract to accommodate
