Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with strong ortho scrubbing skills and a minimum of 3 years of OR experience for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital setting.
Details
- Hospital-based Operating Room setting
- Specialties include Orthopedic Joints, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, Endo/Lap, GYN, Plastics, and Podiatry Surgery
- Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Floating to other UCSF facilities may be required
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
Requirements
- Active California RN license required
- BSN required
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS
- Minimum 3 years of OR experience required
- Must be proficient in both scrub and circulator roles
- Strong orthopedic and scrubbing experience required, particularly in Ortho-Joints
- Experience with airway management and aseptic technique required
- Completed professional references must be on hand prior to consideration

- Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating across a variety of surgical specialties
- Candidates must be able to independently perform both scrub and circulator functions across all listed surgical specialties
