Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR experience for a Level I trauma facility with an active neuro thrombectomy program.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit at a Level I trauma hospital with a neuro thrombectomy program
• Day shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• One on-call night per week and one on-call weekend every 4th or 5th weekend
• Candidates must be able to work weekends independently
• Primary equipment includes the Philips Azurion imaging system
• Epic EMR required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• ARRT(R)(VI) certification and AHA BLS required
• Registered Interventional Radiology Technologist designation required
• At least Level II trauma and stroke experience required; Level I preferred
• Proficiency with Philips Azurion imaging system
• Epic EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
• Must be able to work weekends independently

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
• 13-week contract
