Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position working night shifts with rotating weekends and a minimum of 1 year of experience required.
Details
- Medical Surgical unit specializing in the care of acutely ill adults and patients requiring both emergent and elective surgery
- Telemetry monitoring available for patients requiring stable cardiac monitoring
- Night shift schedule: 1900–0730
- Rotating weekend requirement
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS (Healthcare Provider level) and ACLS (AHA) required
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
- Telemetry experience required
- Recent Epic EMR experience required
- Orthopedic and Bariatric experience preferred
Additional Information
- Care is delivered by a team of RNs and nurse assistants to acutely ill adult and surgical patients
- Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported by the facility
- Excessive RTO requests will not be approved
- This facility strictly enforces all posted job requirements and will not consider candidates who do not meet every listed qualification and certification
