Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position at a small 5-bed general ICU unit, working nights on an alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule.

Details

• General ICU setting with 5 beds
• Night shift schedule alternating between 3x12-hour shifts (7p–7a) and 4x12-hour shifts (7p–7a) week over week

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: PALS and TNCC
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including for marijuana — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid any substances that could cause a positive result, including CBD products
