Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Key West, FL, requiring a minimum of 1 year of cath lab experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

Details

• Day shift position with hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Located in a hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab unit
• Approximately 10–12 on-call days per month required
• Position also supports radiology interventional procedures
• 8-week contract duration

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS — no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• US Social Security Number required — Canadian SINs are not accepted

Additional Information

• Performs cardiac cath lab procedures and supports radiology interventional procedures
• AHCA Fingerprinting is required for this Florida-based placement
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local travelers will not be considered
• Secured housing within 50 miles of the facility must be in place at the time of acceptance and maintained for the full duration of the assignment
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
