Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with ARRT or NMTCB certification and at least 1 year of Nuclear Cardiology experience for a day shift position in a hospital heart station department.
Details
- Work in a hospital heart station department focused on Nuclear Cardiology
- Procedures include SPECT imaging with associated computer applications
- 5x8 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Schedule runs Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation
- No holiday or on-call requirements beyond the Saturday rotation
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Nuclear Cardiology with emphasis in SPECT imaging
- Associate degree or higher in an Allied Health field required
- ARRT registration in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB board certification required
- Ohio state license required if applicable
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Must have visual acuity of 20/20 or corrected to 20/20, including color vision where applicable
- Must be able to push, pull, roll, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Training on th intermediate floor could be better. An actual list of how to do things. Floating to different units also can get annoying.
