• Active license required if applicable
• Physical Therapists may start with a compact license but must obtain full state licensure while on assignment
• Full state license required to start assignment (no compact accepted)
• One professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration

• Lunch is auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
• Candidates with prior PRN or perm employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
