Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment requiring ARRT (N) and CMNT certification, with prior travel experience preferred.
Details
- Nuclear Medicine department in an inpatient hospital setting
- Day shifts, 5x8 hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Weekend shifts as needed
Requirements
- Current ARRT (N), CMNT, and BLS certifications required
- National certification required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- License required if applicable
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Prior permanent employees of the facility are not eligible to apply
Additional Information
- Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will be considered at a local rate
- RTO must be submitted at the time of contract confirmation; no RTO will be approved after that point, and candidates may not request more than 7 days of RTO
- Schedules cannot be adjusted once the contract is confirmed; per diem schedules or other concurrent contracts cannot be accommodated
- Hospital housing is available and consists of shared units with private bedrooms and shared common spaces; male or female units only, no dogs permitted; travelers coordinate housing directly with the facility
- The facility is located in a remote area; hospital housing is strongly recommended
- The facility provides flight reimbursement for economy-class travel to and from the assignment; detailed flight and luggage receipts must be submitted for reimbursement processing
- Flight itinerary must be provided one week prior to the start date; the facility will assist with airport pickup at the beginning of the assignment only
