Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an OR position at a multispecialty outpatient surgery center, requiring a GA or compact RN license and experience in multispecialty surgical settings.
Details
- Outpatient surgery center setting specializing in multispecialty procedures
- Specialties include orthopedics, plastics, robotics, and GYN
- Extended recovery capability available on-site
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM (10-hour day shifts)
- 4 shifts per week, 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active GA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA certifications required (must not be expired)
- Prior OR experience in a multispecialty surgical setting required
- Driver's License required for consideration
- RTO requests must be submitted upfront — time off cannot be requested after an offer is made
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in employment before being eligible
- Scrub and circulate in a fast-paced multispecialty outpatient OR environment
