Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a night shift ICU position in Wisconsin, requiring at least 2 years of experience and the ability to care for ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients on an acuity adaptable unit.

Details

• Acuity adaptable Critical Care Unit serving ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patient populations
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Floating may be required within skill set to other units onsite or to sister facilities within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS (both must be AHA-issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• A copy of Driver's License is required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provides nursing care across acuity levels including ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patients on an adaptable care unit
• Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; natural nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
• Local candidates are accepted, though a radius rule applies and may affect the pay rate structure
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
