Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position at a freestanding ED (FSED) in the Grand Prairie, TX area, requiring at least 1 year of ED experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) setting
- 12-hour shifts, 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (noon to midnight)
- 14-week contract
Requirements
- Active TX RN license or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC accepted), ACLS, TNCC, CPI (or accepted equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), and NIH Stroke Scale
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
