Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position at a 100-bed hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and active Epic proficiency.

Details

• Work in a busy 6-bed Medical ICU within a 100-bed hospital
• Patient population includes adult patients with medical, surgical, and cardiac needs, as well as pediatric patients with medical needs
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Floating required as needed
• Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

• Active RN license — TN state or Compact license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to a mixed adult and pediatric patient population with medical, surgical, and cardiac diagnoses
• Epic experience must include specific details of where and when Epic was used
• 13-week contract
