Description
American Traveler is hiring a Chemo Certified RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring ONS Chemo Bio Certification and recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience.
Details
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Med/Surg Oncology unit within a hospital setting
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification required
- OCN certification preferred
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
- 2 manager references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Applies critical thinking to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, modifying care plans or escalating to the care team as needed
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position — local candidates will not be considered
