Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital-based Physical Medicine, Therapy, and Rehab department.

Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable
• Certifications must be current and not expired for consideration
• Two professional references required
• Valid Social Security Number required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)

Additional Information

• Candidates must clear compliance requirements by the facility's due date to remain eligible for the assignment
• Travelers who previously worked at any CHRISTUS Health System facility in a non-travel role must have a 6-month separation period before starting a new travel assignment
• Local candidates may be accepted only when explicitly designated for the position
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies for local candidate eligibility
