Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a night shift Emergency Department position at a Level 4 Trauma Center requiring an active KS or compact RN license along with ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, and TNCC certifications.

Details

  • Work in a 29-bed Emergency Department at a Level 4 Trauma Center
  • Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:00
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active KS or compact RN license required
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (AAP-issued only, must be active at start), TNCC
  • DCI/BVP (De-escalation/Workplace Violence Prevention) certification required — completable via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC NIOSH resource
  • DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a Level 4 Trauma Center setting
  • Local candidates are accepted for this position
  • All certifications must be from American Heart Association or Red Cross (except NRP, which must be AAP-issued and renewed every 2 years)
