Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 1 year of ED experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital Emergency Department setting
• 12-hour night shifts, 7PM–7AM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Weekend rotation includes 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Floating to Baldwin unit may be required
• Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum 12 months of core ED nursing experience, with most recent experience within the last year
• Epic EMR experience
• Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration
• Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the past year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to work 75% of assigned holidays
• Candidates who have previously worked a permanent position at an AHSE facility must be separated for at least 1 year before being eligible
• No radius rule applies — local candidates are welcome at the same rate
