Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Stroke Unit (2S) position in Crestview, FL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and NIHSS certification for night shifts.

Details

• Med/Surg Stroke Unit (2S) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active FL state RN license or compact (multistate) RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Stroke unit experience required
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• US Social Security Number required for consideration

Additional Information

• AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) compliance is required for all CHS Florida travelers
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
