Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ED RN for a 13-week travel contract at a major academic medical center in Boston, requiring an active MA RN license and AHA-only certifications.
Details
- Position is in the Emergency Department of a large academic hospital in Boston, MA
- Day/Night rotation schedule with 4 weeks of each shift type
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- Every other holiday (EOH) required
- EMR: Epic (charting system used on unit)
- Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- BLS and ACLS certifications required — AHA only; Red Cross and other providers are not accepted for this position
- Primary source verification of license required (both NURSYS and BON required for nursing licenses)
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
Additional Information
- 13-week contract in the Emergency Department of a major Boston academic medical center
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced rate compared to the standard travel rate
- No validated parking is available at the Boston location; public transportation is encouraged, and public parking lots are available at a daily cost
- Requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
