Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (LDRP) position requiring AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification and the ability to care for both OB patients and stable/sick infants on night shifts.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting, functioning as an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum)
• Must be able to care for OB patients as well as stable infants and assist with stabilization of sick infants
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active NM or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of L&D/LDRP nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• STABLE and OPS certifications preferred
• Must provide two professional references for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• Responsibilities include labor and delivery care, postpartum care, newborn stabilization, and management of stable infants
• 13-week contract
