Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a GI/Endoscopy Unit position in North Carolina, supporting a high-volume unit with 30-40 patients per day across 4 procedure rooms.

- High-volume environment seeing 30-40 patients per day
- Patient ratio of 2:1 in Post/Pre areas
Requirements
- Active NC RN license or compact RN license currently in hand required

- No time off permitted on holidays, including the day before and the day after each holiday

Pros
Work load is nice! The docs are great, and room rotations are great as well.
Cons
Charting here is terrible. You have to perform 7 steps to achieve the same goal where as if you used epic it would only require 2 steps. Plus, you must print out several pieces of paper for documenting charges instead of having someone on staff who codes the charges for you.
