Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health and OASIS experience for a 13-week travel contract serving a geriatric patient population in the Tukwila, WA area.

Details

• Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
• Average of 5-7 patient visits per day; confirmed during interview
• Productivity expectation of 6 daily visits or a minimum of 30 points per week
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office, with occasional extended travel based on patient needs
• No on-call requirements
• EMR: HCHB (experience required)
• iPad provided for use in the field

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Timely documentation and prompt communication are expected throughout the assignment
• Flexibility with territory coverage is required, as service areas may occasionally extend beyond the standard 60-mile radius
• Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
