Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level II NICU position requiring NRP and BLS certifications, working night shifts in a 63-bed unit.

Details

  • Night shift position, 12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
  • Level II NICU in a hospital setting with 63 beds and an average daily census of 50
  • Patient population consists primarily of premature infants
  • Unit staffed by approximately 30 physicians

Requirements

  • Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current NRP and BLS certifications required prior to start
  • RNC certification preferred
  • Valid, non-expired driver's license required for consideration
  • Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

  • Two completed supervisor/manager references required for consideration
  • A skills checklist completed within the last year is required for consideration
