Description
American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a CVICU night shift position requiring 18 months of recent CVICU experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the CVICU unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 7:00pm to 7:30am
- 13-week assignment length
- Required to work at least every other holiday
Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)
- Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty required
- Minimum 18 months of recent CVICU experience required (travel experience accepted)
- Must complete and pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores
Additional Information
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
- Travelers may extend on assignment for up to 18 months total, with a 6-month break required before returning unless client-approved
- PBDS assessment is waived for this position
