Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position requiring a minimum of 18 months of CVICU experience and an active Ohio or Compact RN license.

Details

• Position is based in a large academic hospital CVICU setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (4x12-hour shifts)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 18 months of CVICU experience required (travel experience counts toward this requirement)
• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation, and a passing score on both is required
• Traveler must cover at least every other holiday
• Travelers are not eligible to work more than 18 consecutive months across any Cleveland Clinic locations; a minimum 6-month break is required before starting a new assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
