Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an OR Robotics position at a Level I Trauma Center in Savannah, GA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of OR experience and the ability to circulate all service lines including incoming traumas.

Details

• Work in the OR (Surgical Unit) of a 612-bed HCA Healthcare hospital in Savannah, GA — the only Level I trauma center and only children's hospital in the region
• 30-bed OR suite staffed with OR RNs, Surgical Techs, OR Care Techs, Schedulers, and Anesthesia Techs
• All surgical service lines performed, including incoming traumas
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• Shift hours are 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• On-call responsibilities are required
• No floating required
• No weekend requirements
• Epic EMR used for documentation

Requirements

• Active RN license — GA or Compact license required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start)
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience required
• Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience required
• Ability to circulate all surgical service lines, including incoming traumas
• CNOR certification preferred
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Circulate across all surgical service lines, including trauma cases
• Navy scrubs required, home laundered
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
