Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week night shift travel assignment at a hospital in Ada, OK.

Details

• Hospital-based respiratory therapy department
• Night shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week
• No floating required
• No weekend requirements specified
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Current RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• CRT certification required
• BLS required
• ACLS, PALS, and CPR preferred
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in respiratory therapy specialty
• No employment gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted)
• Active license at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documentation of scheduled renewal is provided

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a reduced bill rate
• Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after that, they must either separate from the facility for a minimum of 1 year or transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius
