Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week travel assignment in California.

Details

Outpatient mammography setting with 2 procedure rooms
Average of 20 patient visits per day
Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
4x10 block scheduling may be available for the right candidate, but Saturday availability is required
Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience required
Active CA state license required at time of consideration; pending licensure is not accepted
Current BLS required
Epic EMR experience required
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
License required if applicable

Additional Information

First-time travelers will be considered with relevant experience
RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of the assignment
