Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position at a Florida hospital, requiring at least 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit within a 286-bed hospital in Largo, FL
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required, rotating with hospital staff
• Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis with hospital employees

Requirements

• Active FL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Two professional references required (Florida placement)

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required for RNs
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• The HCA Florida Largo West campus (psych/rehab) is treated as a float unit and may be assigned
