Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position in Pittsfield, MA, requiring 2 years of OR experience with both scrub and circulate skills.

Details

• Hospital operating room setting
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• On-call requirements apply (details TBD)
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required and must be in hand prior to consideration — the facility will not pend licensure
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross only)
• Minimum 2 years of current OR RN experience required
• Scrub experience required
• Circulate experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Meditech Expanse EMR experience highly preferred
• Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years of employment required
• OR Circulate and OR Scrub skills checklists (current within 1 year) required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — a maximum of 5 days of RTO will be considered, and no scheduling requests will be approved after an offer is extended
• Holidays are required if needed during the assignment
