Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of Level-3 or higher ED experience and multiple certifications including TNCC or ATCN.

Details

• Hospital Emergency Department setting with 24 beds
• Patient population includes psychiatric, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, and stroke cases
• 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
• Floating is rare but may occur to the freestanding ED (FSED) or elsewhere within the hospital as helping hands
• Epic EMR experience is required

Requirements

• Active WA or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level-3 or higher ED
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENCP, TNCC or ATCN, NIHSS, and CPI or MOAB
• Must pass the Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least one supervisor-level reference required for consideration (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or above), with a second required prior to start
