Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel contract in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting, requiring a TX or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- Work in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab within a hospital setting
- Patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional cardiac procedures
- Involves conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring
- Day shift: 06:30–15:00
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be AHA-issued)
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
- Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Skills checklist required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include assessing, preparing, and positioning patients for cardiac procedures
- RN communicates patient condition to the physician before, during, and after procedures
- RN sets up and manages equipment and supplies throughout procedures
- Local candidates are accepted, though a facility radius rule may affect travel pay eligibility — contact your recruiter for details
