Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with a minimum of 6 months of current MRI Tech experience for a 13-week assignment in Lone Tree, CO.

Details

• MRI department within a 304-bed acute care hospital
• Procedures include basic MRI of the head, spine, and abdomen, as well as cardiac and functional MRI
• GE 1.5T MRI equipment in use
• EMR: Meditech and Centricity PACS
• Monday through Friday evening shifts from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current MRI Tech experience, with experience required within the last 6 months
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• Current BLS (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• GE MRI equipment experience preferred
• Cardiac MRI experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• License required if applicable
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Team consists of 4 FT and 3 PRN staff, with 3 FT techs on day shift and 1 tech covering evenings when the department remains open until 11:00 PM
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and brings a positive attitude to the team
• Located in Lone Tree, CO — approximately 1.5 hours from mountain recreation including skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking, with easy access to shopping and dining
