Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU position requiring ICU background, Epic proficiency, and AHA-certified BLS and ACLS.
Details
- Hospital-based Neuro ICU setting
- Patient population includes both ICU and IMC acuity levels
- Neurosurgery patient cases are part of the unit's scope
- Day and night shifts available: days 7:00–19:30 and nights 19:00–7:30 (3x12-hour shifts)
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Some holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum ICU nursing experience required
- Neurosurgery experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must pass a Telemetry test prior to start
Additional Information
- Telemetry competency test must be completed and passed before being cleared to begin the assignment
- Must be comfortable caring for both ICU and IMC patient populations
