Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Oncology unit position requiring chemotherapy certification and IMC experience in a Kansas hospital setting.

Details

13-week travel nursing contract
Oncology unit within a hospital setting
IMC (Intermediate Care) patient population
36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts
Every other weekend requirement, working Friday/Saturday nights or Saturday/Sunday nights
Float to acute care units as needed

Requirements

Active RN license in Kansas (KS) or a compact state license currently in hand
Chemotherapy (CHEMO) certification required
IMC experience required
Oncology nursing experience required

Additional Information

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies
Former permanent employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are required, or an approved declination must be on file; booster is not required
COVID vaccination card will be required for consideration
