Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Washington State, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and flexibility to float to other departments.

Details

• Med/Surg unit serving an adult patient population
• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 36 hours per week with the ability to pick up extra shifts
• Every other weekend off
• Floating to other departments on a rotation basis is required

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or a compact multi-state RN license currently in hand
• Compact license holders must provide: (1) proof of approved 6-hour suicide training and (2) verification of demographics from Nursys
• Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS and ACLS
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Meditech EMR experience is helpful but not required

Additional Information

• 13-week contract assignment
• Must be a team player willing to collaborate across departments
• All requested time off (RTO) must be pre-approved and scheduled at the end of the contract
• Located near the Pacific Northwest beaches and Olympic National Forest
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
