Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position requiring women's health experience and/or certification, with preferred experience of 3–5 years.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Day shift, 5x8s with variable start times between 7am–5pm
• All PT staff are required to cover inpatient duties on a rotating weekend schedule approximately every 5–7 weeks
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Women's health experience and/or certification required, or actively working toward PRPC or WCS certification (details to be discussed during interview)
• 3–5 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the submitted specialty required
• Active, unrestricted PT license in state of practice required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred)
• Candidates must have worked in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months
• Clean, unrestricted license history required
• Two supervisor references required: one from the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth (DOB) and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include outpatient physical therapy treatment as well as periodic inpatient coverage during weekend rotations
• Candidates requesting more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
• Skills checklist for the submitted specialty must have been completed within the past year
