Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) with 5+ years of experience for a 13-week day shift travel contract at an acute care hospital in Winchester, TN.

Details

• Day shift hours, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract
• Acute care hospital setting with a 198-bed combined acute and skilled care capacity, including a 10-bed ICU and 13-bay Emergency Room
• Respiratory Therapy department serving all patient age groups
• ICU and ER respiratory therapy experience required for this role
• Meditech EHR — experience required
• No call requirements
• No floating required
• Every other weekend required
• Orientation held weekly on Mondays

Requirements

• Active RRT or CRT license/certification required to practice in Tennessee — license required if applicable
• Minimum 5 years of respiratory therapy experience
• ICU and ER respiratory therapy experience required
• Meditech EHR experience required
• AHA certifications required
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, and ABG Endorsement — all must be current prior to start
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Candidates must reside 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients across all age groups, including ICU and emergency room settings
• Facility is fully accredited by The Joint Commission
• Any color scrubs are acceptable; facility-branded attire from other organizations and casual wear are not permitted
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible for this position
