Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week day shift contract in Missouri.
Details
- Home health setting with field-based patient visits
- Caseload of 8–11 patients per day depending on travel time
- Productivity expectation of 4–5 visits per day depending on area and travel
- Monday through Friday day shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential for a Tuesday–Friday schedule if needed
- No weekend, call, or floating requirements
- EMR: Meditech
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Missouri PT state license required; PT compact privileges may be accepted
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Home health experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- One other therapist on staff at this location
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard mileage rate
