Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of outpatient experience for a 13-week travel contract in Salem, OR, specializing in general orthopedics, sports injury, and post-surgical care.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy setting at a medical office in Salem, OR
- Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 4x10-hour day schedule, 40 hours per week
- Specializes in general orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical patient cases
- May be asked to float to other facility locations as needed
- Epic EMR is used at this facility
- Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience required
- Active Oregon (OR) PT license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
- Experience with general orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical cases required
- All licenses and certifications must be active; pending credentials are not accepted
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility may be subject to a tenure policy requiring a 90-day break after two cumulative years of contingent work
- Copies of certifications are required for consideration
