American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of outpatient experience for a 13-week travel contract in Salem, OR, specializing in general orthopedics, sports injury, and post-surgical care.

• Outpatient physical therapy setting at a medical office in Salem, OR
• Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 4x10-hour day schedule, 40 hours per week
• Specializes in general orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical patient cases
• May be asked to float to other facility locations as needed
• Epic EMR is used at this facility
• Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience required
• Active Oregon (OR) PT license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Experience with general orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical cases required
• All licenses and certifications must be active; pending credentials are not accepted
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility may be subject to a tenure policy requiring a 90-day break after two cumulative years of contingent work
