Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CVICU position requiring a TX or compact RN license and NIH Stroke Certification.
Details
- Work in the CVICU (cardiovascular intensive care unit) of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule (7p-7a)
- 13-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent CVICU experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- NIH Stroke Certification required
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Provide critical care nursing to cardiovascular ICU patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
