Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with 2+ years of current MRI experience and ARRT (MR) certification for a 13-week assignment in Pittsfield, MA.

Details

• Weekend-only shift schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM (16-hour shifts)
• Approximately 9 patients per shift
• Uses GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 MRI equipment
• Meditech Expanse EMR experience is highly preferred
• After midnight, the department transitions to on-call coverage
• Holiday coverage required if applicable
• On-call shifts are possible as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current MRI experience required
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• Active AHA BLS certification required
• GE MRI equipment experience required
• Must be willing to work weekends and take call as needed
• Must have a personal vehicle
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• License required if applicable
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment required for consideration
• Current MRI skills checklist (within the past year) required for consideration

Additional Information

• You will never work solo — shifts are always covered with at least one other Tech Aide or MRI Technologist
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be approved for the duration of the assignment; RTO requests must be submitted upfront and will not be approved after acceptance of an offer
