Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele) unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact state license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification must be obtained prior to start
• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele) experience required
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or charge RN in the same specialty required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are administered during orientation, and acceptable scores on both are required
• Candidates who have previously worked at any Cleveland Clinic location must have been away for a minimum of 6 months before beginning a new assignment there
