Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for a Level III NICU night shift position at a busy hospital in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Details

• Level III NICU setting at an acute care hospital
• May float to PICU, Pediatrics, Emergency Department, Adult ICU, and Med/Surg units
• Night shift hours: 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• NRP certification required (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• PALS certification required (AHA)
• ACLS certification required (AHA)
• Active RT/RRT license required if applicable
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Full SS# and full DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services to critically ill neonatal patients in a Level III NICU
• Also supports a busy Labor and Delivery unit
