Description

American Traveler is hiring an Inpatient Occupational Therapist with required acute care experience for a 13-week hospital-based assignment with float coverage to the acute care unit.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting
• Float coverage to the acute care unit is required
• Diverse patient population including neurological, oncology, med/surg, ICU, nephrology, and cardiac cases
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• 13-week contract
• Cerner EMR experience required

Requirements

• Current, active OT license (license required if applicable)
• Acute care experience is required
• Current BLS certification required
• NBCOT certification preferred
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide inpatient occupational therapy services across a variety of acute care specialties
• Must be prepared to float to the acute care unit as needed
