Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring dual experience in both Cardiac Cath Lab and IR, with on-call availability.

Details

• Works in the Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital setting, covering both Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology procedures
• Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: yes
• On-call required approximately 6–7 days per month, including at least one weekend
• Floating to different units or facilities may be required at the manager's request
• 30-minute meal break

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license currently in hand (no emergency or pending licensure accepted)
• BSN required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS (AHA) required if applicable to role
• Experience in both Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology required

Additional Information

• Performs intra-procedure nursing care across both Cardiac Cath Lab and IR settings
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a Supervisor, Manager, or Charge RN within the last year
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of profile submission and cannot be added afterward
• Local candidates are accepted; candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible at a local rate
• Vaccination status must be provided at time of submission
