Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an outpatient clinic setting, requiring 2+ years of MRI experience and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification.

Details

• work in in Adult Acute Care outpatient clinic setting
• utilizes Siemens MRI equipment
• Epic charting system preferred
• 5x8 hour day shifts, 12:30 PM-9:00 PM Monday-Friday
• on weeks with a Saturday shift, works 4x8 hour shifts (12:30 PM-9 PM) plus one 8-hour Saturday shift (8 AM-4 PM)
• no call requirement
• will float to West Ashley and Mt. Pleasant facilities as needed

Requirements

• minimum 2 years of MRI experience required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
• state license required if applicable
• radiation badge required and must be provided by candidate/agency
• must be able to work in an Adult Acute Care setting

Additional Information

• first-time travelers accepted
• teal top and black pants scrub color required
• candidates must live outside a 60-mile radius of the facility to qualify for full travel rate, though local candidates may be considered case-by-case
• previous MUSC perm or PRN staff must be separated from the system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• hurricane season (June-November) may require assignment to emergency response teams
