Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR experience for a 13-week assignment at a Level I Trauma Center in Germantown, TN.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting at a Level I Trauma Center
• Interventional Radiology unit
• 5x8 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Weekend rotation required, with approximately one weekend (Friday–Sunday) every 4-week schedule period, totaling 6–8 weekend days per 4-week period
• Some on-call required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Active license in compliance with NLC guidelines required; license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• A valid driver's license is required for consideration
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered; at least one completed prior travel assignment is required
• If Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's fall within the assignment period, travelers must be willing to work at least 2 of 3 holidays; if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, at least 1 must be covered
• Former permanent employees or internal associate travelers must have been separated for at least one year before returning as a traveler
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
• Vaccination status must be provided
• RTO will not be approved if not submitted at the time of consideration
